0–100 scoring from likelihood × consequence, with TfNSW-aligned engines for roads/bridges/rail and configurable rules for water, sewer and electricity. IIMM 1–5 condition grading throughout.

Multi-year planner
Constrained, treatment-aware, deferral-aware — a greedy risk-per-dollar heuristic (LP/ILP is the roadmap upgrade). Picks a strong life-weighted risk-reduction-per-dollar treatment and prices escalation + risk growth on deferred work. Doing nothing has a number.
Regulator packs
IP&R Report on Infrastructure Assets, IPART SRV evidence annexure, AASB S2 two-scenario climate disclosure, ISO 55000 and NSW TPP — generated from the scored data, every figure traceable.
