About

Capital planning the public sector can actually defend.

AIPP exists because the most consequential infrastructure decisions in Australia — which assets to renew, when, and how to justify it — are still made in spreadsheets that can't survive a regulator's question.

Why we built it

Councils and agencies carry a A$280B renewal backlog and face tightening IPART prudence tests, mandatory IP&R reporting and legislated climate disclosure — yet the planning tools on offer are either six-figure, multi-year enterprise rollouts or a spreadsheet held together by one person's memory.

There was a gap: a tool that is SAP-native and clean-core, ships with Australian regulator content, and gets a council to a defensible portfolio in weeks, not years — without handing capital-planning capability to an SAP competitor.

What we believe

  • 📐 Defensibility beats dashboards. Every number must be reproducible, or it doesn't count.
  • 🧭 Self-service beats black boxes. Your engineers should own the model, not wait on a consultant.
  • 🤝 Honesty beats hype. "Aligned", not "certified", until it's validated against your standard.
  • 🇦🇺 Built for here. AU regulator content, AU data sovereignty, AU public-sector reality.

Where we are

Early, and upfront about it

The product is real

A working application, deployed and tested, that ingests asset data and produces ranked programs and regulator packs today.

🛣️

The wedge is councils

We start with Australian local government, roads-first — the clearest pain, the most reachable buyer, the strongest regulator hook.

🚧

The roadmap is open

AU-region deployment, IRAP/SOC 2, insurance and standard validation are sequenced — and de-risked for you by the pay-on-acceptance pilot.

Help us make council planning defensible

If building the IPART/IP&R evidence is the painful part of your budget cycle, we'd like to hear about it — pilot or just a conversation.
